Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation (IP)
    Specificité
Detects human PKC alpha only when phosphorylated at Thr638 and human PKC beta II only when phosphorylated at Thr641. Reacts weakly with phosphorylated PKC beta I and gamma. Recognizes the active form of PKC. Species cross-reactivity: Monkey and mouse. Predicted to cross-react with rat based on sequence homology.
    Purification
    Protein A purified
    Immunogène
Synthetic phosphopeptide (KLH coupled) corresponding to residues surrounding Thr638 of human PKC alpha.

    Type of Immunogen: Synthetic phospho-peptide
    Isotype
    IgG
