    Specificité
    The antibody detects endogenous level of PLC-gamma1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 771.
    Purification
    The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
    Immunogène
    Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pTyr771 (P-D-Y (p) -G-A) derived from Human PLC-g1. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
