Application Note: This purified antibody has been tested for use in western blotting against recombinant mouse IL-6 spiked into cell lysates. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 21.7 kDa in size corresponding to the mature 187 amino acid mouse IL-6 protein by western blotting in appropriate cell lysates or extracts.
