Épitope: pTyr580

Specificité: The antibody detects endogenous level of SHP-2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 580.

Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogène: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pTyr580 (R-V-Y (p) -E-N) derived from Human SHP-2. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
