    Approved: IHC, IHC-P (3.75 μg/mL), Peptide-ELISA (1:16000), WB (0.3 - 1 μg/mL)

    Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx 45kD band observed in Mouse and Rat Heart lysates (calculated MW of 54.8kD according to Human NP_001033.1 and Mouse NP_033230.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Fischer et al, J Biol Chem. 1997 Mar 14,272(11):7085-92., PMID: 9054401). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL.
