- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 37 kDa band observed in K562 and Jurkat lysates (calculated MW of 33.8 kDa according to NP_005198). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human thymus shows staining of cellular membranes in thymocytes. Recommended concentration, 2.5-3.8 μg/mL.
