Indications d'application: Flow Cytometry. Monitoring of Leucocyte cells subsets in peripheral blood. Characterization of subtypes of leukemias and lymphomas. Studies of AIDS virus infection. Studies of multiple sclerosis and other autoimmune disease.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Protocole: PBMC: Add 10 ul of MAB/10e6 PBMC in 100 ul PBS. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at 2-8°C. Wash twice with PBS and analyze or fix with 0. 5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS andanalyze.

Sujet: CD45RA antigen is a member of the CD45 antigen family that also includes CD45, CD45RO, and CD45RB antigens. CD45RA is expressed on approximately 75 % of CD8 lymphocytes and 50 % of CD4 lymphocytes, all B cells and NK Cells. CD45RA antigen is expressed on naive T lymphocytes, antigen density decreases upon in vitro activation.
