Application
-
-
Épitope
- pSer21
-
Specificité
- The antibody detects endogenous level of GSK3a only when phosphorylated at serine 21and does not detect GSK-3b when phosphorylated at Ser9.
-
Purification
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
-
Immunogène
- Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer21 (T-S-S (p) -F-A) derived from Human GSK3a. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
-
