Indications d'application: ELISA:

In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μ,L/well), a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μ,g/mL of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/mL of recombinant human sRANK Ligand when used with our biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human sRANK Ligand (XP-5273Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.125-0.25 μ,g/mL.

Stockage commentaire: sRank Ligand lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1 - 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4°C when reconstituted.
