    Specificité
    This antibody detects endogenous level of PDK1 only when phosphorylated at serine 241.
    Purification
    Antibodies were purified by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. Non-phospho specific antibodies were removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide.
    Immunogène
    PDK1 (Phospho-Ser241) antibody was raised against a peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of serine 241 (A-N-S (p) -F-V) derived from Human PDK1.
