Indications d'application: Western Blot: 1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 5 μg/mL, this product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections, Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Recommended Positive Control: Ovary tissue.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
