Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000 Western Blot: Approximately 70 kDa band observed in human peripheral blood mononucleocytes lysates (calculated MW of 65.8 kDa according to NP_036233.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 37 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human skin shows staining of subnuclear structures and cytoplasm in keratinocytes. Recommended concentration, 1-2 μg/mL.
