Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p))
    Fonction
    Rabbit polyclonal to Phospho-HSP27 (S15).
    Specificité
Phospho-HSP27 (S15) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of HSP27 protein only when phosphorylated at S15.
    Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
    Immunogène
Synthesized peptide derived from human HSP27 around the phosphorylation site of S15.
    Isotype
    IgG
